Executive Charter Services is proud to present our latest service - AirPool. AirPooling allows us to organize and share the cost of your private jet charter to the most prestegious events in the world.

How it works:

If you know what a carpool is, you know how AirPool works. Share The Jet, Share The Cost. Start by submitting a request using our online form or by calling 866.FLY.EXEC.  Our agents will work with you to determine the best itinerary for your travel.  Your request will then go into a “Pool” to await other clients who’s own travel requirements closely match yours.  Once the minimum number of travelers needed to fill an aircraft is met, you will be given the final itinerary details, including your departure time and where to meet the jet.  AirPooling is most successful for travel to a broad market event such as playoff games for the major sports, industry conventions, and alumni events.

AirPool consists of:

• round trip private AirPool to event from local airport  
• special catering aboard the flight
• VIP ground transportation to/from event  
• upgraded aircraft available for groups larger than 7.
